The Problem
The team at Fastco Industries needed modifications made to the ram in one of their cold header machines.
Given the high production demands and the availability of the OEM they were on a very tight schedule. Because the OEM was in town from overseas and had limited resources we were called in to provide rigging and machining services.
HEL’s Solution
Our team was able to disassemble the machine and take the ram out. We then used the OEM’s data to remachine and add in all the features Fastco wanted, before rigging it back into place.
With a one-day turnaround, we minimized their loss of production—because we can offer all the rigging, machinery, and reassembly within our team.
