A West Michigan based plastic film extruding company, was experiencing bearing failures on several machine rollers. Having searched on the web they found HEL on LinkedIn, they asked how quickly we could get the machines back up and running.

We provided a speedy repair, which included machining off the stub-end of the roller shaft and making an iron-nitrate sleeve that fits over top of the bearing
We prevented longer lead time by saving them from relying on the OEM. And the team at this customer has been so satisfied that they’ve called us back multiple times to repair other machines’ rollers!
